Range Description
This species is known only from the type locality, the Marudi Mountains, in Rupununi, Guyana, and it might occur more widely. The type locality is at 250m asl.
Habitat and Ecology
The habitat at the type locality is primary forest, and this is presumably a subterranean species.
Population
There is no information on the population status of this species. There have been no recent records, presumably due to lack of fieldwork within its range.
