Range Description
This species is known only from Timor (including East Timor), Wetar, Sumba, Alor and Damar in the Lesser Sunda Islands, Indonesia. It occurs at low altitudes.
Habitat and Ecology
It occurs in paddy fields, where it also breeds.

This is an abundant species.
