Range Description

This species has been found only in central and southern Kalimantan in Borneo, Indonesia, below 300m asl. It is likely to occur more widely than current records suggest.

Habitat and Ecology

It is known only from the floor of lowland rainforests, where it is associated with slow-flowing streams in which it is likely to breed by larval development.
