Range Description

This species is endemic to Flores Island in the Lesser Sunda Islands, in Indonesia.

Habitat and Ecology

It presumably lives in swampy areas and perhaps paddy fields, but data to confirm this are lacking. It is likely to breed in water by larval development.

The population status of this species is unknown. There have been a few recent records.
